Agreement to terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Ferrer Cleaning LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services we provide

Ferrer Cleaning LLC provides residential, recurring, deep, carpet and upholstery, commercial office, and post-construction cleaning services in Chicago and the surrounding southwest suburbs. The exact scope of work is confirmed in writing before each job begins.

Estimates and pricing

All estimates are provided flat-rate based on the information and, when possible, an on-site or virtual walkthrough. The price agreed to before the job starts is the price you pay, unless the scope of work changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled during our business hours or by arrangement. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.

Access and safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property, including working utilities, reasonable parking, and disclosure of any hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe.

Satisfaction and re-cleans

We perform a walkthrough before leaving. If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge, provided it falls within the agreed scope.

Limitation of liability

Ferrer Cleaning LLC is insured and takes care in every home and workplace. Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed as fragile, or loss due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
