Locally Owned. Genuinely Local.
Ferrer Cleaning LLC is run out of Chicago's Ashburn neighborhood by María Ramírez — not a franchise, not a call center, and not a crew driving in from another county.

A cleaning company built on showing up
Ferrer Cleaning LLC is a family-run cleaning company based at 7835 South Kolmar Avenue, Chicago, IL 60652. We clean homes, apartments, offices, and job sites across Chicago and the surrounding southwest suburbs — 16 cities within about 30 miles of where we actually live.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Being local means a short drive, which means we can usually schedule within the same week, fit in short-notice requests, and reschedule without it turning into a two-week wait. It also means our reputation is built among neighbors rather than strangers.
We handle seven services: residential house cleaning, standard and recurring maintenance, deep cleaning and disinfection, carpet and upholstery cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and move-out and move-in turnovers. Every one is quoted flat, up front, after we have seen the space — never by the hour, and never with charges appearing on the day.
Estimates and scheduling are handled in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. Refer a friend and 15% off when you refer a friend, and clients on a recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule get ongoing plan savings.
